On October 4th, at approximately 12:30 PM a 23 year old female while riding her bike was followed by an unknown subject, while riding up Upper Union Street this subject parked his vehicle on the opposite side of the street and waited for the female to come by, as she approached, the suspect exited his vehicle and confronted the female on her bike, the suspect put his arms around her and attempted to drag her toward his vehicle. 

Suspect is described as a W/M in his 20’s, med. height and thin, with facial hair, possibly a mustache & goatee. He was wearing blue jeans, white t-shirt and a red bandana on his head

Suspects Vehicle: Dark Blue or Black SUV, possibly a Nissan Xterra or Pathfinder. Partial registration with letter and digits of (H 6 0) unknown combination
