Town of Franklin

The Franklin Police Department is endeavoring to clear up its backlog of outstanding arrest warrants.  We need your help in locating these people.  If you know someone listed on this page, please have him or her clear up their warrant voluntarily. 

Persons with outstanding warrants may go to the Wrentham District Court, 60 East Street (Rt. 140), Wrentham, MA. or to any District Court in Massachusetts to turn themselves in.  Failing to clear up your outstanding warrant may result in additional criminal charges being leveled against you.

If you know the whereabouts of any of these individuals please send us an e-mail at [email protected], call us at 508-528-1212, or report the location of the person to your local police department. You can remain anonymous. Your information will be kept confidential.  Do not attempt to approach these individuals or apprehend them, as some may be dangerous and wanted for serious crimes.  Call us immediately and we will dispatch an officer to investigate further.

This database will be updated regularly and will reflect changes accordingly. This is not a "real time" listing. Law Enforcement agencies should confirm any warrant's status prior to taking any action.

The tables include information with the wanted person's name, date of birth, last know address, city, state, date of the warrant, the agency holding the warrant, and the first offense listed one the warrant (there may be more that are not listed). 

The page titled "New Warrants" includes a list of warrants issued within the last 30 days. Often the best chance of clearing up a warrant is soon after it has been issued. Please check the list and send us an email if you have any information on the suspects listed.
